Inner Corrosion Barrier: 100 mil liner
Pressure Ratings: 150 psig / 10 bar (higher pressure ratings in smaller sizes)

Construction: Filament wound with aromatic amine cured epoxy resins and high strength glass fabric
Temperature Range: Up to 250°F/ 121°C
Fittings: Socket or Flanged and Sealable Drains
Chemical Service: Chemical process solutions, hot caustics, solvents, acids, salts and corrosive combination’s.

RB-1520 Features

The excellent chemical resistance of the RB-1520 piping system provides longer service life than traditional piping materials. RB-1520 pipe performance conveying chemical mixtures and hot caustics is particularly exceptional resulting in a reduction in maintenance and replacement costs.

The excellent chemical resistance of the Centricast RB-2530 piping system provides longer service life than traditional piping materials. Pipe performance conveying chemical mixtures and hot caustics is particularly exceptional resulting in a reduction in maintenance and replacement costs.

RB-1520 Specifications

Centricast RB-1520 pipe is manufactured with high strength glass fabrics and our highly resilient formulation of aromatic amine cured epoxy resin. A 50 mil integral corrosion barrier of pure resin provides excellent corrosion resistance. It is recommended for most caustics, salts, solvents, many acids and chemical process solutions up to 225°F. Centricast RB-1520 proprietary resin formulation also provides the toughness for many corrosive types of slurry. Pipe and fittings are available in 1½”-14” with static pressure ratings up to 150 psig, with higher pressure ratings in smaller sizes. Centricast RB-1520 comes in 20’ nominal or exact lengths.

RB-2530 Specifications

Centricast RB-2530 pipe is manufactured with glass fabrics and a highly resilient formulation of aromatic amine cured epoxy resin. A 100 mil integral corrosion barrier of pure resin provides excellent corrosion resistance. It is recommended for most caustics, salts, solvents, many acids and chemical process solutions up to 250 F. Centricast RB-2530 proprietary resin formulation also provides the toughness for many corrosive slurries. Pipe and fittings are available in 1” through 14” with static pressure ratings up to 150 psig, with higher pressure ratings in smaller sizes. Centricast RB-2530 comes in 20” nominal or exact lengths.
